This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Increase sales within the designated region.
• Identify and cultivate business and sales opportunities in the Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf sectors.
• Perform product demonstrations for golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, enthusiastic amateurs, indoor facilities, entrepreneurs, and other golf-related client segments.
• Draft proposals, oversee sales pipelines, and finalize agreements.
• Foster a community of operators through hosting events and workshops.
• Provide new customers with training, educational resources, and first-level technical assistance.
• Aid customers in planning and executing successful launches for indoor golf centers.
• Represent customer insights during internal meetings with senior management and product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Booking & Payments team to optimize player scheduling, payment processes, and gameplay within the Trackman ecosystem.
• Evaluate products and offer feedback to software and hardware development teams.
• Create and continuously refine sales strategies for the territory.
• Propel sales and ensure both new and existing Trackman owners effectively utilize and benefit from the product.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Director, Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, clients, headquarters staff, and global product owners.
• Proficient in English.
• Professional golfer or a single-digit elite amateur golfer is preferred.
• Based in Ireland; preference for Southern Ireland.
• Prior experience in sales or support, ideally within the golf or sports industry.
• Relevant qualifications in sports, technology, business, or marketing.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
• A proactive, self-motivated, and responsible individual who seeks opportunities.
• Strong ambition for growth and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Able to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player who shares insights and assists when needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of analyzing challenges and delivering well-considered solutions.
• Willingness to work "out of hours" during weekends and evenings as required.
• Travel within the region is necessary 70%-75% of the time, specifically on-site, with occasional trips across Europe.
• This is a self-employed contractor position.
