Sales Representative – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage customer service inquiries and engage with customers via phone and WhatsApp, both outbound and inbound.

• Consult with and oversee leads.

• Seek out new customer opportunities.

• Register new subscriptions and implement benefits and discounts in the system.

• Utilize Excel to update and maintain sales data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Persuasive and resilient character with a strong emphasis on targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency in Excel.

• Previous experience in call center sales.

• Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area.

• Experience in newspaper sales is advantageous.
