This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive sales growth in the Greater London area.
• Actively seek, identify, and cultivate new business prospects.
• Develop opportunities within the Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf markets.
• Conduct product demonstrations for golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, aspiring amateurs, indoor facilities, entrepreneurs, and various golf client segments.
• Prepare proposals, manage sales pipelines, and finalize deals.
• Own the territory sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Maintain precise and current CRM records.
• Expand and enhance the existing customer base through additional products, upgrades, and solutions.
• Foster the operator community through events and workshops.
• Provide training, education, and first-level technical support to new customers.
• Assist clients in planning and executing successful launches for indoor golf centers.
• Advocate for customer needs in internal meetings with senior leaders and product owners.
• Collaborate with the Booking & Payments team to optimize player scheduling, payment, and play across the Trackman ecosystem.
• Test products and offer feedback to software and hardware development teams.
• Develop and continually refine territory sales strategies.
• Help drive sales and ensure both new and existing Trackman owners effectively utilize and benefit from Trackman products.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director, fellow Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, customers, and personnel at Trackman headquarters.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Professional golfer, PGA qualification, or strong amateur golf background is preferable.
• Based in Greater London (or a nearby County with convenient travel access to London).
• Previous experience in sales or support; ideally within the golf or sports-related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• An existing network within golf, hospitality, leisure, or related industries would be beneficial.
• Relevant qualifications in sports, technology, business, or marketing.
• Possession of a Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
• A proactive, self-driven individual who is respected and responsible.
• Strong growth ambitions coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Capability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline, with the ability to manage and forecast a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ability to analyze issues and propose well-considered solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Field-based role, with approximately 70%-75% of time spent in the region meeting customers and prospects on-site.
• Occasional travel within Europe.
• Self-employed contractor role.
