This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +48 more locations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership throughout North America to attract, assess, and recruit outstanding commercial talent.
• Partner with North America Sales leadership to gain insights into workforce strategies, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles for the Medical Technology sector.
• Identify, evaluate, and select candidates for sales-related positions across the United States and Canada.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, market mapping, and targeted outreach; utilize networks, events, and professional communities.
• Lead comprehensive recruitment processes, encompassing the definition of job specifications, resume screening, interview conduction, assessment coordination, offer extension, and onboarding management in collaboration with HR.
• Advocate for a candidate-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience and prompt updates for stakeholders.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales Enablement to create impactful employer branding and role-specific messaging.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and diversity data, while continually refining processes.
• Ensure adherence to ZEISS policies, data privacy regulations, and applicable employment laws across North America.
• Provide advice to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of sales recruiting experience within the market, preferably in healthcare/medical devices, life sciences, or technical/industrial fields.
• Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior sales and channel roles across the United States and Canada.
• Strong candidate assessment abilities, capable of evaluating intricate technical and regulatory environments.
• Excellent sourcing skills (direct sourcing, Boolean searches, networking) and interview techniques.
• Knowledge of region-specific employment laws, compliance issues, and best practices in North America.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a customer-service orientation.
• Proficient in ATS/CRM tools and recruiting analytics.
• Prior experience in recruiting for Medical Technology or life sciences sales is preferred.
• Understanding of medical device regulations, healthcare sales dynamics, or go-to-market strategies is preferred.
