This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist in large enterprise transactions prior to finalization while commercial conditions are being formulated.
• Develop internal rollout and implementation strategies concurrently with commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Product, Delivery, and Finance teams to confirm pricing, scope, and timeline commitments.
• Detect discrepancies between external proposals and internal delivery capabilities.
• Oversee the project management of intricate enterprise deals from qualification and solutioning through pricing, contracting, and closure.
• Maintain deal plans encompassing milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, decision points, risks, and status tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance, Product, and Services.
• Implement governance practices including scoping, planning, RAID logs, and decision gates.
• Manage senior internal and external stakeholders along with executive communications.
• Facilitate deal reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins to drive decision-making.
• Offer commercial insights on pricing, packaging, contract structures, margin exposure, and non-standard terms.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, executive summaries, business cases, SOWs, and estimates.
• Keep documentation and audit trails in Keyloop systems.
• Enhance deal management and rollout-readiness procedures, templates, and playbooks.
• Provide updates on deal status, risk, and readiness to the VP of Enterprise Sales and senior stakeholders.
• Report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals or bids, preferably in enterprise software or technology sales.
• Formal training or certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or similar), or clear evidence of practical application of that discipline.
• Strong commercial insight, including aspects of pricing, margin, and contract terms.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to manage upwards while maintaining healthy boundaries with senior leaders.
• Remarkable attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in cross-functional alignment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level summaries and presentations.
• Capacity to foresee delivery and commercial risks and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Keyloop does not mandate academic qualifications; selection is based on experience and potential.
• Desirable: Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle management tools.
• Desirable: Experience in automotive retail technology, DMS, or related B2B SaaS sectors, including OEM sales and aftersales journeys.
• Desirable: Exposure to RFP/bid management processes for complex enterprise pursuits.
• Desirable: Experience working within a PMO and establishing or adhering to standards, KPIs, and delivery tools.
