This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee property sales from the point of agreement to exchange and completion.
• Regularly communicate with clients, providing clear and proactive updates regarding the progress of sales.
• Keep in touch with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage advisors, buyers, sellers, and other estate agents within the transaction chain.
• Ensure that all parties are informed of key milestones, outstanding actions, and necessary timelines.
• Follow up on pending documentation, inquiries, mortgage updates, searches, and other transaction-related information.
• Detect potential delays or issues within the chain and escalate them when necessary.
• Maintain precise and current records throughout the sales progression process.
• Update and manage the sales progression platform and CRM system.
• Utilize Alto to oversee and update property and transaction details.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist the wider team with relevant administrative tasks and telephone responsibilities as needed.
• Prior experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role.
• Familiarity with Alto is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within the UK property market is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of the property sales process from agreement to completion.
• Confident in communicating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of managing a busy pipeline and multiple transactions at once.
• Proactive in chasing, problem-solving, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently while maintaining close connections with the broader team.
• Must have access to a personal computer or laptop.
• ADSL/FIBRE internet connection required.
• Headphones necessary for use with the VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus software must be installed.
• A UPS/Back-up Battery for power interruptions is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• UK working hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm UK Time).
• Requirement for a personal computer or laptop.
• ADSL/FIBRE internet connection needed.
• Headphones for use with the VOIP phone system.
• Anti-virus software must be installed.
• UPS/Back-up Battery required for power outages.
