Sales Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in remote life insurance sales via phone or laptop.

• Assist families in selecting suitable insurance coverage.

• Work with warm leads from families who have expressed interest in information.

• Adhere to provided scripts, utilize CRM systems, and follow established sales protocols.

• Conduct engaging customer interactions and finalize sales.

• Optionally, develop a small team and earn override income from their production.

• Participate in training programs and receive ongoing mentorship.

• Determine your own working hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of the US for licensing purposes.

• Location within the United States is mandatory.

• A life insurance license is necessary for selling, but not required to apply.

• Must be self-motivated, open to coaching, and good with interpersonal interactions.

• Ability to follow instructions and respond positively to guidance and coaching.

• Availability of 10–20 hours per week is essential.

• No prior insurance experience is needed; training will be provided.

• Must be willing to work on a commission-only basis without guaranteed hourly pay.

• Consistent commitment to the role is required.

• Access to a phone or laptop and internet connection is necessary for remote sales activities.
