This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take on leadership and revenue accountability for the Northern/Eastern Germany area.
• Directly report to the Business Unit Director, Spine Germany.
• Manage the commercial advancement of the portfolios.
• Strategically enhance customer and hospital systems.
• Identify and execute market opportunities.
• Lead, prioritize, coach, and nurture a team of field sales representatives.
• Be responsible for revenue, market share, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Formulate and implement regional sales and customer strategies.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, resources, and performance indicators.
• Evaluate business metrics and generate improvement initiatives.
• Establish and foster strategic relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, purchasing organizations, and hospital networks.
• Drive complex tender, contract, and negotiation processes.
• Ensure clinical and technical support in Spine, as well as Services & Solutions.
• Assist with product launches, training sessions, workshops, and customer events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Education, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HCC, Supply Chain, and Sales Leadership.
• Spearhead regional initiatives and participate in strategic projects.
• Act as a key contact for significant internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams while consistently achieving results.
• Several years of successful sales experience in a medical technology or clinical setting, along with team leadership experience.
• Ideally possess market knowledge in orthopedics, Spine, trauma, or related fields.
• Strong comprehension of hospital structures, decision-making processes, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated success in developing customer strategies, growth initiatives, and strategic accounts.
• Experience handling complex tenders, contract processes, and negotiations.
• Structured, data-driven work approach.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in business, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in German with good English language skills.
• Category B driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern/Eastern Germany region.
• High level of personal accountability for compliance, quality, and HCC requirements.
