This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Define and implement Plenit's commercial strategy for France.
• Identify market opportunities and create initiatives for partner acquisition and growth plans.
• Build, lead, and expand a high-performing sales organization.
• Direct and develop Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Presales Consultants.
• Foster pipeline generation, disciplined execution, and consistent commercial performance.
• Stay actively engaged in strategic opportunities, key partner relationships, and complex negotiations.
• Report to Plenit's senior sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Presales teams.
• Analyze sales performance, partner engagement, pipeline quality, market trends, competitor activities, and strategic opportunities.
• Convert insights into commercial priorities, initiatives, and measurable actions.
• Develop and enhance Plenit's strategic partner ecosystem in France.
• Manage key accounts and boost partner activation, revenue contributions, portfolio adoption, and long-term engagement.
• Coach and motivate the sales team while supporting critical opportunities and executive relationships.
• Improve lead generation and partner acquisition in collaboration with Marketing.
• Maximize partner satisfaction and retention through Customer Success initiatives.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
• Establish predictable pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and KPI-based performance monitoring.
• Develop strategic partnerships and explore new routes to market.
• Create a scalable, disciplined, and high-performing commercial engine across France.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, channel sales, business development, partner management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record working with MSPs, VARs, integrators, distributors, cloud partners, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances.
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams, including Account Executives, BDRs, and Presales professionals.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Experience in defining and executing commercial and go-to-market strategies for a territory, country, or partner ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, SaaS, IT infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, hosting, software platforms, or related technology sectors.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, CRM processes, and commercial KPIs.
• Strong understanding of the French technology market and channel ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and high-value opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Native or fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across France.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365, Teams, Calendly, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Confluence, and other related sales, reporting, collaboration, and partner-management tools.
