
Sales Manager – DACH & Nordics, Government & Law Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Develop and oversee TRG's B2G sales pipeline throughout the DACH and Nordic regions from qualification to contract finalization.
• Establish and nurture relationships within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security agencies, ministries, and various government bodies.
• Identify and secure new business prospects for TRG's offerings.
• Navigate public-sector procurement procedures, including RFPs/RFIs, public tenders, framework agreements, vendor qualifications, and budget timelines.
• Address customer needs concerning data protection, security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize markets and prospects based on governmental initiatives, procurement timelines, budget availability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, integrators, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architecture, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery teams throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain precise pipeline management and forecasting.
• Achieve designated sales targets and strategic goals.
• Represent TRG at government, security, and law enforcement events.
• Travel frequently across the DACH and Nordic regions to foster and sustain customer relationships.
• Over 5 years of B2G sales experience with a demonstrated history of selling to government clients.
• Strong direct sales experience within the DACH and/or Nordic government sectors.
• An active and current network within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, or other relevant government organizations in DACH and/or the Nordics.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement, tender processes, framework agreements, budget cycles, and decision-making workflows.
• Proven experience in personally leading and closing complex, high-value government contracts with extended sales cycles.
• Experience collaborating with local partners, agents, distributors, and/or system integrators.
• Experience in selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, intelligence platforms, or other intricate technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Prior professional experience within intelligence, security, law enforcement, defense, or governmental agencies is a notable advantage.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection, security, and data sovereignty requirements relevant to government clients.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in German and/or a Nordic language is a significant advantage based on territory coverage and existing network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
