This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated area while managing the project pipeline.
• Meet individual annual sales goals.
• Stay informed about key customers, decision-makers, influencers, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
• Foster positive and transparent relationships with clients and internal Doka staff.
• Utilize the Doka product range to provide cost-effective and professional solutions, while upselling to boost revenues.
• Gain insights into competitors’ offerings.
• Accurately relay customer requirements to the engineering team.
• Address customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Lead and coordinate with team members and other departments throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion.
• Manage accounts, handle complaints and queries, ensuring that account payments comply with Doka's trading terms.
• Provide management with reports regarding sales area activities, customer needs, interests, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
• Keep customer and project information updated in the CRM system to ensure precise revenue and material forecasting.
• A degree or diploma in a construction-related field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, preferably within the formwork sector.
• Proven technical sales expertise with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of creating and confidently delivering presentations tailored to the audience's requirements.
• Strong relationship management abilities and adeptness in handling customer feedback.
• Familiarity with key contractual terms.
• Enthusiastic about providing solutions for clients through a value-added approach.
• Open-minded, team-oriented, and possessing a positive outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Highly driven and goal-oriented with a successful sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skills, along with a strong numerical aptitude.
• Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
