Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to parents over the phone who are exploring our tutoring services and assist them up until the first lesson.

• Assess the needs of both parents and their children to pair them with the ideal tutor.

• Persuade clients regarding our tutoring packages following the initial trial lesson.

• Offer structured advice about our tutoring offerings.

• Engage in communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, in that specified order.

• Demonstrated reliability and accountability in all tasks.

• Strongly driven to exceed customer expectations.

• Proficient in German with native-level fluency or an accent-free capability.

• Outstanding capacity to rapidly grasp new subjects and conversational techniques.

• Insight into human behavior and needs, paired with a commitment to providing educational solutions.

• A completed bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience in tutoring, sales, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.

• A master's degree or an MBA is considered a plus.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
