This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for the growth and development of direct sales and profit margins within designated accounts and/or territory/region for products or services.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Achieve set targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by driving sales within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with T&E to complete self-training on products, processes, and compliance standards.
• Plan travel both within and outside the territory based on business requirements.
• Analyze and strategize for effective implementation within the territory.
• Engage with Implantologists/Dentists to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key accounts to ensure consistent sales.
• Oversee customer order management by coordinating with Customer Service, finance, logistics, and customers for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure collection of account receivables by collaborating with the finance AR team and performing account reconciliations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and assist in live cases as requested by customers, while safely managing T&E assets for demonstrations and sales.
• Plan and implement business development initiatives with support from T&E and Marketing teams in respective regions.
• Place orders for Nobel and ABT on behalf of customers and coordinate with the Customer Service team for order releases.
• Conduct market research and report findings to the business to identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain CRM reports in real-time.
• Personally deliver priority orders and shipments to customers.
• Manage the process for replacing failed implants.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in selling medical devices or specialty pharmaceutical products within multinational corporations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage a large geographical area.
• Capability to identify business opportunities and implement actions to capitalize on them.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage Individual Customers and key accounts effectively.
• Strong value orientation and a proven sales track record.
• Good command of the local language.
• Postgraduate degree is required.
• Preference for candidates with a BDS and Management Degree.
