This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee, support, and enhance the performance of the field sales team operating in the southern region of France, which includes four sales representatives responsible for key and strategic accounts.
• Establish a clear framework, foster skill development, and manage both individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and execute the sales strategy for the Southern region.
• Examine market trends and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and continuously refine sales methods and processes.
• Promote customer retention and portfolio expansion throughout the southern half of France.
• Assist sales representatives in managing their accounts while coordinating with internal departments for responses.
• Lead initiatives for prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Set sales priorities and identify high-potential targets.
• Aid the team in securing new accounts, particularly major ones.
• Monitor opportunities and support high-potential deals.
• Supervise performance indicators and manage the reporting, analysis, and forecasting of sales activities across the territory.
• Recognize variances, recalibrate priorities, and adjust the team's sales initiatives as needed.
• Extensive experience in sales management within a B2B services context.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
• Capacity to support teams, organize activities, and enhance performance.
• Proficient in engaging with demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to cultivate enduring relationships with high-stakes clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business development.
• Expertise in B2B prospecting.
• Skill in transforming opportunities into tangible sales results.
• Comfortable with performance management and result analysis.
• Proficient in establishing sales priorities.
