Sales Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Increase sales of Fixed & Indexed Annuities within the IMO channel distribution.

• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.

• Offer sales and marketing assistance to agents and marketers through WebEx or Teams.

• Engage in both inbound and outbound phone sales initiatives.

• Facilitate virtual training sessions and organize marketing materials.

• Attain expertise in the agent portal and illustration software.

• Utilize Tableau to extract and manipulate data.

• Generate standardized emails through Salesforce and oversee the team's shared email inbox.

• Collaborate with National Account VPs, Regional Directors, Senior Internal Wholesalers, and Internal Wholesalers.

• Provide telephonic and web-based assistance regarding case design, product inquiries, competitive positioning, and training on illustration software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Junior or senior-level student or recent graduate in business, marketing, management, sales, or a related discipline.

• Prior sales experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of economics and financial planning is desirable.

• Ability to establish strong relationships both externally and internally.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Tableau for data extraction.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Technologically adept with knowledge of contact management applications, illustration tools, and sales support systems.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
