Sales Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage both potential and existing clients, connecting them with suitable care solutions.

• Foster relationships by identifying customer needs and providing tailored service.

• Explain service features, advantages, and pricing structures.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

• Assist individuals throughout the intake and referral process from initial discovery to successful conversion.

• Address objections and transform challenges into opportunities.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Engage in continuous training on industry trends and sales methodologies.

• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as necessary.

• Report directly to the Director of Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a call center sales environment is essential.

• Preferred: Experience in home care, healthcare, or social work.

• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, including MCO, MLTC, and other payer types.

• Familiarity with home care benefits and regulations across multiple states.

• Comfortable working with various systems, databases, and data entry tools.

• Must have reliable transportation for job responsibilities.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
