This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming leads via phone, email, and live chat to surpass quota and conversion targets.
• Establish trust with customers through effective discovery questions, engaging storytelling, and empathetic communication.
• Assist potential travelers throughout the purchasing journey and significant emotional booking choices.
• Address objections with confidence and customize strategies for various customers.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups are conducted.
• Experiment with innovative sales techniques and alert managers to any risks or behavioral changes.
• Share effective practices and contribute to the development of sales scripts and objection-handling resources.
• Create AI efficiency tools for the entire team.
• Facilitate handovers between teams in different time zones and provide valuable insights.
• Aid in refining sales procedures and establishing sales best practices.
• Proven success in sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets in a performance-oriented setting.
• Experience in building customer relationships, positioning, and managing objections in a B2C context or with a lifestyle brand.
• Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound inquiries through live chat, phone, and email.
• Capable of independently managing a sales pipeline, identifying risks, and making proactive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional and time zone-diverse teams.
• Willingness to proactively share insights.
• Open to receiving coaching and eager to mentor colleagues.
• Strong passion for travel and fostering human connections.
• Adaptable to a rapidly growing, startup-like environment characterized by change and uncertainty.
• Must reside in the US and possess the legal right to work in the US.
• Availability for a predetermined schedule, which may include occasional weekends, public holidays, or evenings.
