This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of new business and enhance profitability within existing accounts by pinpointing high-impact opportunities.

• Act as the strategic sales representative for owners and C-suite executives.

• Establish and energize a referral network.

• Implement proactive outreach strategies to cultivate sales momentum.

• Develop and oversee a pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.

• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen existing customer relationships.

• Provide compelling, value-oriented presentations that illustrate how solutions address client needs.

• Travel within a specified geographical area to prospect, develop relationships, and enroll new local businesses.

• Manage client relationships alongside internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the North Pittsburgh PA, Youngstown-Akron-Cleveland, OH regions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, focusing on solution selling, small businesses, and merchants.

• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.

• Exceptional skills in cold calling, prospecting, and developing territories.

• Capability to manage client relationships in collaboration with internal teams.

• Quick to understand technology fundamentals and apply them to practical business scenarios.

• Receptive to feedback and dedicated to personal accountability and growth.

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Background in SaaS or payments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
