This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Develop and forecast sales strategies for a variety of products.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and diverse situations.
• Report directly to the territory manager and regional business director.
• Enhance and solidify the company's current client portfolio.
• Promote and sell products while providing adequate technical training to achieve sales targets set by management in the designated territory.
• Implement sales strategies for assigned accounts.
• Meet with clients to assess their needs and market company products.
• Execute and assess advertising, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
• Create field sales action plans that prioritize cost efficiency.
• Identify marketing opportunities by evaluating consumer demands, market trends, competitor market shares, and their strengths and weaknesses.
• Predict future business outcomes and set targeted market shares.
• Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching and leveraging market opportunities.
• Coordinate the development of new products.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts through regular visits, identifying needs, and anticipating opportunities.
• Conduct surveys and manage product promotions.
• Safeguard organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Establish annual unit and gross-profit plans based on marketing strategies and trend analysis.
• Set and modify selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Keep up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge.
• Serve as a mediator during post-sale processes and coordinate the resolution of potential claims.
• Execute collection procedures for sales.
• Adhere to organizational protocols, particularly regarding Funnel and CRM actions.
• Engage in key industry events.
• Perform additional related duties as needed and assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally a Bachelor of Science (BS).
• Over 5 years of Business to Business sales experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in the film, paper, or graphic arts consumables industry.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Minimum of 5 years of notable achievements in Sales within the OPP Industry.
• Proven successful leadership and influence on team accomplishments.
• Willingness to travel 30 to 40% of the time.
• Strong sales performance history.
• Understanding of the printing industry.
• Familiarity with the thermal laminating sector is advantageous.
• Technical expertise is a plus.
• Experience working towards objectives.
• A proactive and dynamic self-starter.
• Proficient with various systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences from technical experts to executives and leaders.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-demand and dynamic environments.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
