Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sales funnel and manage customer service at every stage.

• Actively engage in the sales process.

• Stay informed about new regulations and accounting practices.

• Deliver customer service and carry out sales tasks promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of the accounting services provided by the company, including their key features and advantages.

• Capable of conducting telephone conversations clearly and effectively, adhering to established scripts or guidelines.

• Skilled in utilizing WhatsApp, telephone systems, and various accounting research tools to log and monitor interactions with customers and prospects.

• Familiarity with the stages of the sales funnel and the processes for qualifying and closing leads.

• Awareness of SLA deadlines and performance targets.

• Proficient in using basic office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing.

• Certifications in Negotiation Techniques, Basic Accounting, and Advanced Sales courses are a plus.
