This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out and engage with K–12 school districts, colleges, universities, and various educational organizations.

• Cultivate relationships with administrators and key decision-makers in the education sector.

• Present life skills education programs and assess their compatibility with existing student programs at institutions.

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of potential institutional partners.

• Execute outreach via phone and email, followed by diligent follow-up.

• Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers in schools and colleges to comprehend their requirements.

• Showcase programs and illustrate how they benefit students.

• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and assist prospects in evaluating the suitability of programs.

• Maintain relationships throughout the decision-making journey.

• Manage qualified inbound leads, deliver presentations, and progress opportunities towards partnerships.

• Identify promising markets in schools and colleges, as well as the decision-makers to approach.

• Enhance messaging, outreach strategies, presentations, and follow-up methodologies.

• Create scalable strategies for expansion into new districts, colleges, and geographical areas.

• Contribute to organizational growth through relationship building, pipeline development, presentations, and revenue generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in EdTech sales or business development, K–12 partnerships, higher education business development, educational program sales, school staffing/account management, enrollment or admissions sales, educational consulting, or SaaS sales within educational institutions.

• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with superintendents, district administrators, principals, school administrators, curriculum and instruction leaders, student services leadership, college and university administrators, career services or student success leaders, or other educational decision-makers.

• Comfortable initiating phone conversations with previously unacquainted individuals.

• Proven capability to convert initial discussions into scheduled presentations.

• Proficient in conducting independent, professional virtual presentations.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• Consistent follow-up during potentially extended education sales cycles.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Capacity to assist in establishing processes within an early-stage company.

• Existing relationships within K–12 or higher education are a significant advantage.
