Sales Director – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee current and potential accounts within the Healthcare sector throughout the Northeast.

• Strategically grow and enhance Claroty’s presence in existing accounts.

• Pursue and secure Fortune 500 clients with a proactive approach and leverage local channel partner networks.

• Manage intricate sales cycles and effectively position Claroty’s CPS protection platform for critical medical and clinical settings.

• Implement land-and-expand strategies from proof of concept (POC) through to large-scale deployments.

• Achieve and surpass enterprise quota objectives.

• Develop local partnerships with organizations such as Crowdstrike, ServiceNow, Cisco, CDW, Guidepoint, and others.

• Create high-quality appointments and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

• Engage periodically in industry conferences and events.

• Deliver presentations and demonstrations showcasing Claroty’s products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals, preferably in the Cyber Security and Healthcare industries.

• Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas ($3–5M+ ARR), with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Challenger Sales methodologies.

• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in fast-paced work environments.

• Maintain a positive attitude, flexibility, and uphold high ethical standards.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
