This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and implement the commercial strategy for the Newborn Care sector across Europe.
• Achieve revenue growth, enhance market share, and meet profitability goals throughout the region.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare systems, procurement entities, and clinical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing markets while facilitating expansion into new segments and accounts.
• Develop specific transition plans for each country while safeguarding current revenue streams and client relationships.
• Maintain robust connections with current distribution partners and ensure business continuity during any transformation processes.
• Lead commercial integration and operational readiness in newly established direct markets.
• Implement exemplary pipeline and funnel management processes across Europe.
• Enhance forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and sales discipline throughout the organization.
• Establish KPI-driven sales reviews to maintain visibility into commercial performance and future growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent utilization of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to boost conversion rates and commercial effectiveness.
• Act as the organization's authority on the European newborn care market.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive developments, reimbursement environments, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic insights into product launches, portfolio development, and market access strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Service, and Operations to maximize market success.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning, organizational growth, and investment decisions.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational execution.
• Represent the company at significant industry conferences, client engagements, and executive-level forums.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in the commercial sector within medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Proven success in leading multi-country European sales organizations.
• Demonstrated capability in managing both direct sales teams and distributor networks.
• Strong expertise in pipeline management, funnel optimization, forecasting, and sales performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the newborn care market, customer buying processes, and healthcare ecosystems.
• An established network within neonatal care, hospitals, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Experience in scaling and developing commercial organizations across various European markets.
