This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving sales and applications team throughout North America.
• Enhance pipeline health, ensure forecasting precision, and manage the sales funnel to meet business objectives.
• Formulate and implement strategies for market growth while identifying new business prospects through direct sales and manufacturer representative channels.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key accounts and conduct regular business evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional demand generation, segmentation, and strategies for market penetration.
• Assess sales performance, market dynamics, and business intelligence dashboards.
• Facilitate weekly reviews of sales, funnels, and forecasts.
• Work collaboratively across functions to address customer, operational, and business challenges.
• Recruit, engage, and develop talent while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Drive the commercial strategy, sales execution, market growth, revenue enhancement, profitability, customer engagement, and market share across North America.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, science, or business-related discipline.
• MBA is preferred.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership.
• More than 7 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in a global industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development within complex B2B sales organizations.
• Experience in selling through direct customer engagement models and manufacturer representative/channel partner networks.
• Strong skills in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to lead change and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
