This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing sales and applications team throughout North America.
• Enhance pipeline health, ensure forecasting accuracy, and manage the sales funnel effectively.
• Formulate and implement strategies for market growth.
• Discover new business opportunities through direct sales and partnerships with manufacturer representatives.
• Establish executive-level relationships with major accounts.
• Perform regular business reviews to enhance strategic partnerships and customer value.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional demand generation, market segmentation, and penetration strategies.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business intelligence metrics.
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales, funnels, and forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer, operational, and business challenges.
• Recruit, engage, and develop talent while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, science, or business-related discipline.
• MBA is preferred.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles.
• More than 7 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in a global industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development within complex B2B sales organizations.
• Experience in selling through direct customer engagement models and partnerships with manufacturer representatives/channel partners.
• Strong skills in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to engage customers and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in leading change and advancing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
