This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the commercial growth strategy of Analog Devices throughout the UK and Northern Europe.
• Aim to increase regional revenues to €45m within a three-year timeframe.
• Manage the complete sales process, from generating leads and executing deals to overseeing tender management and framework awards.
• Secure significant DSO framework contracts in the UK and Northern European markets.
• Develop a scalable sales organization to facilitate swift regional expansion.
• Achieve revenue growth and enhance Analog Devices' sales presence across the UK and key Northern European markets.
• Drive order book conversion in alignment with Board revenue objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with senior DSO procurement, innovation, and operations teams.
• Establish long-term framework agreements with DSOs and white-label partners.
• Organize and lead a regional sales team; set KPIs, commission structures, and reporting schedules.
• Mentor pre-sales and business development personnel.
• Oversee tender qualification, response drafting, commercial modeling, negotiations, and contract onboarding.
• Lead white-label partnerships and manage ecosystem relationships.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.
• Contribute market insights to product roadmap development.
• Enhance market visibility at significant industry events.
• Assess market opportunities, target DSOs, tenders, bids, customer relations, sales processes, pipeline tools, and team capabilities during the 90-day plan.
• Set up sales governance meetings with the CEO and Board members.
• Recruit or realign sales support resources as necessary.
• Deliver presentations to the Board detailing pipeline status, contract timelines, and projected revenues.
• Demonstrated success in grid technology sales and partnerships, ideally in LV monitoring, smart grid devices, or similar digitalization technologies for DSOs.
• Senior-level experience in successfully closing multi-million euro framework contracts with regulated utilities.
• In-depth understanding of UK and European DSO procurement models, including the Ofgem, RIIO-ED2 context, and ENA standards.
• Familiarity with Northern European and broader EU utility regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement high-performance sales processes, including pipeline development, CRM usage, and forecasting.
• Extensive experience in preparing tenders, negotiating, and managing contract awards.
• Capability to recruit, mentor, and manage sales and pre-sales teams across various countries and regions.
• Proven experience in developing strategic relationships with utilities, partners, and stakeholders within the UK and Northern European energy markets.
• Senior-level job experience is required.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 10% of the time.
