📋 Description

• Manage inbound leads within SLA and transform them into scheduled demos.

• Develop and implement outbound sequences targeting specific retailer lists.

• Tailor outreach swiftly to enhance engagement.

• Assess prospects based on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline.

• Schedule, confirm, and secure demos effectively.

• Minimize no-shows through reminders and proactive pre-demo communication.

• Keep precise CRM records and categorize every lead accordingly.

• Share insights regarding objections, successful messaging, and effective segments.

• Engage in multichannel outreach using phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• Achieve weekly activity and demos-held objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role characterized by a transactional, high-volume approach.

• Familiarity with short sales cycles, high activity levels, and daily demands.

• Excellent phone communication skills and clear written communication.

• Able to manage 60–80+ meaningful interactions daily.

• Methodical approach to sales processes and CRM maintenance.

• Open to coaching and possesses a resilient mindset.

• Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish, and French is mandatory.

• Capability to work remotely within Europe / European time zones.

• Knowledge of jewellery is not essential.
