This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive a qualified pipeline through organized, multichannel outreach to both existing and new K-12 accounts.
• Convert incoming leads and conduct daily outbound outreach via phone, email, social media, and events to schedule meetings with key K-12 decision-makers.
• Keep accurate records in CRM and sales systems, including contact details, activity logs, and notes.
• Conduct discovery conversations tailored to personas and capture essential information using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Qualify leads and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) with context, next steps, and supporting evidence for Account Executive approval.
• Personalize outreach by utilizing district-level research, local initiatives, and role-specific value messaging; experiment with approaches and share insights.
• Engage in coaching sessions focused on call quality, objection handling, discovery skills, and outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and features to effectively communicate value to prospects.
• Occasionally travel up to 10% for team summits and high-priority events.
• Work closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and personas, converting interest into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound and cold outreach via phone, email, and social media, in addition to managing inbound leads.
• Strong passion for K-12 outcomes and eagerness to learn about public-sector purchasing basics.
• Consistent discipline in activities and time management to achieve goals.
• Coachable attitude with persistence, curiosity, and the ability to follow qualification scripts while adapting discovery techniques.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills that can personalize value according to district and buyer context.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with a focus on accurate data entry and task management.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, business development, or related fields, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with persona-based messaging and capturing MEDDPICC data in CRM to assist with AE stage exits.
• Experience in generating pipeline for SaaS in K-12 or public sector, including basic RFP knowledge.
• Proficiency in modern prospecting tools such as Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven track record of exceeding meeting and sales-qualified opportunity targets, as well as improving conversion rates through testing and iteration.
