Sales Customer Advisor – Vodafone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level inbound support for current customers.

• Provide technical assistance concerning TV, phone, and internet issues.

• Recognize customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Offer needs-based product recommendations and enhance contracts during each customer interaction.

• Effectively present appropriate Vodafone products with a strong emphasis on sales.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week arranged in a 5-day shift schedule.

• During the initial 5-week onboarding phase, work permanent early shifts from Monday to Friday.

• Following onboarding, transition to a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.

• Participate in work every second weekend, with compensatory time off on weekdays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient and articulate in German.

• Strong computer skills.

• Capability to manage basic technical issues.

• Orientation towards customer service and a talent for sales.

• Friendly demeanor, persuasive abilities, and empathy.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry, or at least 1 year of sales experience.

• Dependability and self-motivation while working remotely.

• Residency in Germany.

• Willingness to consistently cover the specified working hours.

• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, including shift work and every second weekend.
