Sales Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate sales performance through analysis of revenue, volume, margin, and customer metrics.

• Discover growth opportunities and formulate actionable recommendations for Sales and Management.

• Create sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and budgets.

• Assess sales strategies, pricing and discount models, as well as sales pipelines.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of sales management processes, target-setting frameworks, and commission structures.

• Aggregate data from CRM, ERP, and BI systems while ensuring a high standard of data quality.

• Consistently refine reporting and forecasting models.

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Management, Controlling, IT, and Data Engineering.

• Aid in strategic projects, perform ad hoc analyses, and contribute to the creation of new management and performance-monitoring frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Controlling, or a similar analytical position, preferably with a focus on Sales.

• Extensive knowledge in analyzing and managing sales-related KPIs.

• Capability to transform complex relationships into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and BI systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI is advantageous.

• Proactive, independent, and methodical work style.

• Strong numerical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders and collaborate across departments.

• Proficient command of the English language.
