This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture new relationships with surgeons and accounts within a designated geographic area.

• Convert potential surgeons/accounts and enhance sales with existing customers by managing a portfolio of business.

• Assess customer requirements and create and implement effective sales strategies.

• Identify and evaluate potential surgeons and accounts.

• Formulate account-specific or surgeon-specific plans and sales strategies.

• Meet business plan objectives and sales targets/quotas using authorized resources.

• Drive sales for assigned products within the designated territory or specific accounts.

• Present, showcase, and ensure the proper use of products.

• Cultivate relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital personnel.

• Provide assistance to surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures.

• Educate surgeons, operating room, and central supply personnel through training sessions and workshops.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, problem-solving, response time, and follow-up.

• Manage J&J sales tools and marketing materials effectively.

• Address and prioritize competitive challenges.

• Promote new or strategically important products.

• Develop and implement a strategy to achieve a balanced mix of product sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or an Associate degree/Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with at least 5 years, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Capability to work in a laboratory or operating room setting.

• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.

• Willingness to travel, including weekends and/or overnight trips.

• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified territory.

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, influence, critical thinking, and problem solving.

• Experience in data analysis with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Results-driven with strong prioritization skills.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously.

• Capacity to collaborate within a complex reporting structure.

• High level of precision and attention to detail.

• Proven capability to understand, interpret, communicate, and operate within complex environments.

• Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology along with a basic understanding of surgical procedures.

• Preferred strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.

• If under 18, may require necessary working papers or documentation and parental consent for the background check.
