This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and develop new relationships with surgeons and accounts within a designated geographic area.

• Convert potential surgeons/accounts and enhance business with existing clients through incremental sales.

• Create and implement sales strategies tailored to customer requirements.

• Identify and assess potential surgeons and accounts.

• Formulate specific plans and sales strategies tailored to individual accounts or surgeons.

• Meet business objectives and achieve sales targets/quotas.

• Propel product sales for specific items within the assigned territory or designated accounts.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations, ensuring effective product utilization.

• Establish rapport with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital personnel.

• Offer support to surgeons and operating room teams during surgical procedures.

• Educate surgeons, operating room, and central supply staff through training sessions and workshops.

• Maintain sales tools and promotional resources.

• Address competitive challenges and advocate for strategic products.

• Execute plans to achieve a well-balanced product sales mix.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or an Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or at least 8 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or a recent transition from Active Military Duty with a minimum of 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience.

• Capability to work in a laboratory/operating room setting.

• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.

• Willingness to travel, which may include weekends and/or overnight stays.

• Reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified territory.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis.

• Ability to work independently and without supervision.

• Capacity to navigate a complex reporting structure.

• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to comprehend, interpret, communicate, and function in complex environments.

• Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

• Fundamental knowledge of surgical procedures.

• Preferred strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
