• Previous experience in sales or telephone-based customer acquisition is preferred.

• Excellent German language proficiency at C1 level.

• Enjoyment in interacting with people and conversing over the phone.

• Confident and persuasive communication style.

• Strong sales skills and enthusiasm.

• Goal-oriented with an independent working approach.

• Proficient computer skills.
