📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled video consultations with potential students, generally lasting between 20 to 35 minutes.

• Comprehend each prospect’s objectives and honestly evaluate their suitability.

• Present pricing structures and payment alternatives.

• Address objections related to pricing, timing, spousal approval, and self-doubt without employing pressure tactics or offering discounts.

• Guide open opportunities to a final decision.

• Confirm upcoming calls to enhance attendance.

• Maintain up-to-date information on each opportunity in the CRM.

• Follow up with prospects who did not make a decision during the initial call.

• Respond to prospect inquiries via email and messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience closing sales over the phone or through video, preferably involving considered purchases of $1,000 or more.

• Capability to conduct sales discussions, identify customer needs, manage objections concerning pricing, timing, and confidence, and confidently ask for the decision.

• Openness to receiving feedback and implementing it immediately.

• Fluent and natural command of English.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.

• Professional video setup: 1080p webcam positioned at eye level, a headset with a dedicated microphone, a tidy and uncluttered background, and appropriate front-facing lighting.

• Wired broadband connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, along with a mobile hotspot as a backup.

• Disciplined habits in CRM usage; every conversation logged and all opportunities kept current.

• Familiarity with quantitative finance, trading, or markets is advantageous but not essential.
