This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct sales calls with pre-qualified prospects.
• Execute structured and consultative discovery sessions.
• Gain insight into prospects' current situations, objectives, challenges, motivations, and urgency.
• Evaluate whether prospects face issues related to knowledge, experience, positioning, lead generation, or sales.
• Ascertain if the GRC Consulting Experience Program or Founder Studio aligns with their needs.
• Clearly articulate the program's value and anticipated outcomes.
• Address objections concerning finances, timing, confidence, risk, and decision-making effectively.
• Request the sale when a genuine match is identified.
• Strategically follow up with qualified prospects who do not enroll during the initial call.
• Oversee the sales pipeline while ensuring exceptional CRM maintenance.
• Accurately document conversations, objections, next steps, and results.
• Collaborate with setters and leadership to enhance conversion rates.
• Recognize recurring objections and identify opportunities for refining the sales process.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in closing high-ticket offers.
• Proficient in selling programs or services valued in the thousands.
• Possess authentic consultative discovery abilities.
• Capable of identifying the underlying issues behind a prospect's objections.
• Ability to differentiate between hesitation and a genuine lack of fit.
• Skilled in selling outcomes rather than merely features.
• Comfortable discussing financial aspects confidently and professionally.
• Ability to create a sense of urgency without applying undue pressure.
• Willingness to challenge prospects when appropriate.
• Directly ask for the sale when suitable.
• Strong and strategic follow-up skills.
• Take ownership of pipeline management and revenue performance.
• Excellent discipline in CRM usage.
• Open to coaching and actively seeking performance enhancement.
• Outstanding communication skills via phone, Zoom, video, and written follow-ups.
• Experience in selling education, consulting, coaching, professional development, career transformation, or business-building offers is particularly relevant.
• Experience selling to cybersecurity/GRC professionals is advantageous but not required.
• Submission of a resume, LinkedIn profile, a brief voice note, and a short video introduction is required.
• Voice note or video submission is mandatory.
• The video must address motivations for joining SkillHat, previously sold high-ticket products/programs/services, discovery and closing strategies, handling challenging objections, managing 'I need to think about it', and the ability to sell both programs.
