📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of state-of-the-art healthcare applications.

• Create and provide clinical training programs, onboarding tools, and educational resources.

• Offer expert application support and advice to healthcare professionals.

• Evaluate clinical workflows and operational procedures.

• Perform post-sales evaluations and offer customized recommendations.

• Tailor and deploy Philips clinical applications to fulfill customer needs.

• Ensure seamless integration, peak system performance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Establish partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.

• Record implementation processes and results.

• Promote continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics.

• Mentor team members to accomplish organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine or Radiologic Technology is required.

• Relevant clinical certification in the respective field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 1 year with a master's degree in clinical applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, or associated healthcare settings.

• Preferred candidates will have over 7 years of experience supporting clinical applications, biomedical technologies, healthcare customer environments, or roles such as Application Specialist or Clinical Coordinator.

• Proficient skills in clinical and medical affairs, customer training and support, stakeholder management, sales presentations, regulatory compliance, needs assessment, competitor analysis, technical product expertise, data analysis and interpretation, customer satisfaction, and feedback management.

• Advanced communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
