This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Providing inbound first-level support for current customers

• Offering technical assistance for television, telephone, and internet-related issues

• Delivering product recommendations based on customer needs and optimizing contracts

• Engaging in sales during every customer interaction

• Delivering professional customer service for leading German companies in the energy and telecommunications sectors

• Participating in a paid training program lasting three weeks, scheduled for early shifts

• Following a two-shift work system from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Working every other weekend, with compensatory time off during the weekdays

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Preferably, experience in technical support within the telecommunications field

• At least 1 year of experience in sales

• Proven ability to consistently meet sales goals

• Capability to reliably adhere to the required working hours

• No additional employment commitments

• Excellent German language proficiency (C1 level)

• Must reside in Germany

• Not open to career changers; documented experience in support and sales roles is necessary
