Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently establish the sales function, covering everything from lead research to securing qualified appointments.

• Identify ideal clients, including medical practices, law firms, and businesses interested in utilizing social media or those that have yet to see success with it.

• Develop your own pipeline through email, phone, LinkedIn, or your personal network.

• Engage in preliminary discussions with decision-makers and assess prospects based on compatibility and budget considerations.

• Participate in pitch calls and guide customers through to the signing process.

• Collaborate directly with the founders to enhance the sales process further.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous sales experience is essential—whether in B2B, an agency, or a different area—and you should be able to showcase your achievements.

• You are adept at independently generating new business and are comfortable with cold outreach.

• You communicate effectively and confidently with professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and managing directors.

• You can swiftly determine if a prospect is a suitable match.

• You possess a solid understanding of social media and can articulate how a Reel can attract new patients.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is crucial.

• You work autonomously, take full accountability, and function as a self-employed contractor.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is required.
