This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist Regional Sales Directors and Executive Area Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of sales activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain precise records of sales, customer interactions, and accounts within the CRM system.
• Implement best practices for targeting and ensuring appropriate reimbursement practices.
• Support market research efforts and conduct competitor analysis.
• Collect and organize customer feedback for the sales and product development teams.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, materials, forecasts, and performance insights for the Executive Area Manager.
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.
• Prepare event materials and equipment utilizing approved corporate literature, scientific data, presentations, and claims.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Engineered Tissue Solutions skin substitute products and services.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Facilitate order entry and tracking, address discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in wound care.
• Share insights from the marketplace and identify opportunities with the ETS team.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and applicable laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including event scheduling and organization, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar.
• Comfort with virtual communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel.
• Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours as needed.
• Prior experience in startup and medium-sized companies.
• Ability to adhere to company guidelines, travel/expense policies, Code of Ethics, and federal/state/local laws.
