Sales Assistant, Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to the local sales team with sales presentations, pilot implementations, site visits, local events, and campaign distributions.

• Foster and maintain relationships with educators involved in pilot programs and strategic accounts to ensure the effective implementation of solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and support.

• Prepare marketing materials and targeted collateral for mailings and presentations.

• Aid sales teams during events and conferences, which includes sourcing samples and collateral, setting up and dismantling events, and arranging catering.

• Act as an extension of the Field Sales Representative, offering adaptable support to cover larger or affected territories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in education, sales support, or customer success is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for engaging educators and school personnel.

• Capability to periodically lift, reach, and move products weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time, which includes a mix of domestic air travel and driving, along with overnight stays.

• New hires must successfully complete a background check.

• Must provide a declaration of COVID-19 vaccination status.

• Candidates should reside within the specified territory, particularly Jacksonville, FL.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be able to work without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
