This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop, implement, and personally execute sales and partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding, certifications, kickoffs, and roadshows.
• Act as the main presenter for sales training sessions, webinars, workshops, briefings, and partner enablement activities.
• Convert product and technical positioning into effective sales strategies, talking points, and guidance for handling objections.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner/Channel leadership to identify gaps in enablement and create ongoing training and field-readiness programs.
• Design and maintain enablement materials, such as battlecards, playbooks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and FAQ documents within the enablement library and platform.
• Assist in product launches by generating and delivering launch enablement in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Represent CoreView at sales and partner events, webinars, and conferences.
• Collect feedback from the field, including sales, partners, and customers, and relay it to Product Marketing and Product teams.
• Work alongside Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that enablement content remains up-to-date and aligned with go-to-market strategies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and live-training delivery skills.
• Native fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong writing abilities with a knack for translating technical details into compelling sales and partner content.
• Experience in sales enablement, partner/channel enablement, and product marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner/Channel, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple enablement programs in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Located in the EU or Italy, with a valid right to work in the EU.
• Willingness to travel for partner events, sales kick-offs, and conferences.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot and Seismic is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is beneficial.
• Understanding of US business communication styles is a plus.
• Experience with IT workflows, Microsoft 365, or B2B SaaS security/governance products is a plus but not a requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or product marketing.
• Previous experience presenting to external audiences is highly preferred.
