Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide life insurance coverage to families that have expressed interest in assistance.

• Engage in discussions with clients, addressing their inquiries and overcoming objections.

• Complete a training program focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Take part in live calls supported by mentorship.

• Gradually increase production over time.

• Reach production targets to qualify for additional incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior sales or insurance experience necessary.

• Must be a resident of the U.S.

• Must be capable of passing a background check.

• Possession of a Life & Health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Capability to sell life insurance coverage effectively.

• Dedication to consistently meet production objectives.
