SaaS License Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Normalize and streamline over 18,000 software models, differentiating between applications and IT components.

• Oversee software entitlements, pinpoint unused licenses, and facilitate license reclamation and cost reduction.

• Set up ServiceNow SaaS License Management and identify which SaaS applications require tracking.

• Develop web gateway, SSO, and expense-data integrations to incorporate usage data into SaaS License Management.

• Create scheduled data feeds to the portfolio platform, replacing manual REST-based data extraction.

• Implement application attributes such as criticality, purpose, and data classification.

• Configure owner attestation and promotion workflows.

• Construct and maintain CMDB Health dashboards and reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance software governance, data quality, and license optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro / Software Asset Management and SaaS License Management.

• Background in software model normalization, entitlements, license reclamation, and SaaS application tracking.

• Experience in ServiceNow platform development and integration.

• Strong proficiency in IntegrationHub, REST/Table API, and Flow Designer.

• Experience in building integrations and scheduled data feeds.

• CIS-SAM certification preferred or strongly desired.

• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification preferred.
