RVP, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, cultivation, and upkeep of relationships with physicians, hospitals, and various healthcare professionals to drive referrals.

• Partner with operations and regional leadership to ensure the achievement of growth strategies, contributions, and business commitments.

• Formulate strategies to enhance the referral pipeline of preferred payers.

• Recognize community events, health fairs, and conferences to showcase Aveanna's services and build a robust community presence.

• Offer strategic advice and assistance to the business development team in delivering engaging presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline; relevant work experience may be accepted as a substitute for a degree.

• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Demonstrated history of success in healthcare marketing, particularly in generating referrals for private duty nursing or home healthcare services.
