RV Operations Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers regarding program advantages, requests for covered benefits, and enrollment procedures.

• Guide customers to the appropriate department that can best assist them.

• Handle front-end technical assistance calls.

• Support customers with enrollment or renewal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and standard industry web applications.

• Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

• Familiarity with RVs and roadside assistance services.
