RV Operations Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers regarding program advantages, inquiries about covered benefits, and the enrollment process.

• Guide customers to the appropriate department that can effectively assist them.

• Handle front-end technical support calls.

• Support customers with enrollment or renewal processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used web applications in the industry.

• Capability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Familiarity with RVs and roadside assistance services.
