RPSGT/Sleep Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Download, review, and evaluate home sleep tests.

• Reach out to patients concerning their sleep studies.

• Ensure an outstanding patient experience during every interaction.

• Analyze and score data from home sleep studies utilizing various software systems.

• Download data from ambulatory recorders and document outcomes.

• Set up home sleep study equipment.

• Communicate with patients via phone or in person about their sleep study results.

• Provide necessary education and information to effectively schedule setup appointments.

• Regularly meet department KPIs.

• Use Brightree to access and retrieve patient, insurance, and billing details.

• Conduct patient demonstrations and training on diagnostic sleep apnea ambulatory recorders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).

• Over one year of experience in the sleep industry.

• Familiarity with Brightree, Sleep Image, general sleep knowledge, Nexus 360, Wesper, Ensodata, and WatchPAT.

• Must be detail-oriented, focused on tasks, and organized.

• Basic knowledge of the Spanish language is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts in Pacific Standard Time (7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm).

• Understanding of Patient Rights and Responsibilities, including HIPAA regulations.
