This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify automation possibilities within operations teams that focus on repetitive manual workflows.
• Develop and implement RPA bots for both internal and client-facing platforms.
• Manage the complete automation lifecycle, which includes communication with stakeholders, creation of SOPs, bot development, and monitoring after production.
• Initiate projects from the ground up with minimal prior documentation while navigating ambiguity.
• Interact with operations specialists, client portal teams, and tool vendors.
• Oversee feature requests, bug reports, and resolve issues.
• Provide root cause analyses, actions taken, and suggested next steps in updates to stakeholders.
• Daily monitor dashboards and bot performance following deployment.
• Proactively identify post-production issues and assist in management-level reporting using analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain SOPs that document automation workflows, bot logic, configurations, and communications with vendors.
• Report to both a Product Manager and an Engineering Manager.
• Collaborate with an existing automation engineer and partner with operations, client portal, and vendor teams.
• Demonstrated experience in RPA development with the capability to independently build and deploy bots.
• Familiarity with web crawler-based or similar RPA platforms, or related tool experience with a quick learning curve.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across diverse audiences.
• Ability to provide root cause analysis, identify trends, outline actions taken, and propose next steps in updates.
• Capability to independently manage the entire automation lifecycle.
• Proactive in post-production monitoring and escalation of issues.
• Comfortable working in a high-coordination, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong discipline in remote work settings.
• Availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
• Preferred experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
• Background in product-led or engineering-led startups preferred.
• Experience in managing vendor feature requests and bug reports preferred.
• Prior experience collaborating with engineers or contractors in a remote environment preferred.
• Exposure to the healthcare, finance, or insurance sectors preferred.
• An updated resume is required for application.
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, detailing an end-to-end RPA project, and explaining a post-deployment issue and its resolution is required; only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered for advancement.
• Compensation in USD, paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th.
