Route Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Deliver freshly sharpened knife sets and products following established routes and schedules.

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous pick-up and delivery services.

• Uphold ZWILLING’s esteemed reputation for quality and professionalism.

• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and reliable.

• Coordinate service schedules while addressing client needs with sharpening technicians and customer service.

• Utilize company-provided tablets, Salesforce, route management tools, and digital platforms to access customer information and document visits.

• Update account information and assist with sales and payment processes.

• Recognize opportunities to recommend and sell ZWILLING products and services.

• Contribute to the overall growth of accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in route driving, delivery, or sales is preferred.

• A clean driving record is mandatory.

• A strong dedication to customer service and representing the ZWILLING brand with pride.

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to lift and transport knife sets and boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

• Bilingual abilities are an advantage.

• Availability to work every other week, Monday to Friday, with fluctuating schedules based on business needs.
