This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver coaching and support to customers via video and phone, concentrating on issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

• Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression.

• Assess customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.

• Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client-specific programs when clinically suitable.

• Develop health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with customers.

• Assist customers in achieving their health objectives and encourage active participation in their health outcomes.

• Help customers navigate barriers to better health.

• Facilitate and support health and wellness promotional initiatives, including group coaching, wellness challenges, and health seminars.

• Utilize biometric data and motivational interviewing techniques to enhance clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate with matrix partners to align clients’ health and wellness strategies.

• Take ownership of clinical targets and outcome measurements.

• Create action plans that deliver clinical value.

• Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with certification or licensure.

• Provide training or mentorship to new employees as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong clinical expertise with a minimum of 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the relevant state, with the ability to maintain it.

• Compact license or additional state licenses may be necessary, with the ability to uphold them.

• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.

• At least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider’s office environment.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet office space in a designated location.

• High energy and dynamic presentation skills.

• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy behaviors.

• Enthusiasm for health improvement.

• Capability to work independently.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Ability to proactively collaborate in a professional manner with clients and matrix partners.

• Demonstrated administrative skills and proficiency in computer/software applications.

• Adaptability and flexibility within a growing team.

• Willingness to cover multiple time zones if necessary.
